Returns will not be accepted by the mill without prior authorization. Merchandise will be accepted only if the mills authorized return number, issued by the mill's customer service department, is identified on all cartons and all supporting documentation. Any returns without this authorization number will be considered unauthorized and will be refused at the mill dock.

A request for a return authorization number must be made in writing to: Customer Service Department, Geoffrey Drew Marketing, Inc.

Such requests must include: the reason for the return, the specific quantities, color and sizes of garments to be returned, purchase order number and invoice number.

Geoffrey Drew Marketing, Inc. does not offer a guaranteed sales program nor will returns be authorized or accepted as a result of overstocking.

Merchandise will be shipped F.O.B. from  the originating warehouse, freight collect. Purchases shipping instructions will be accepted on a "best effort to comply" basis only, with no liability for non-compliance.

Check with order or major credit card at the discretion of Geoffrey Drew Marketing, Inc.

Regardless of customer's purchase order conditions, punitive chargebacks, such as service or handling charges, imposed by customers will not be allowed under any condition. Deduction of such charges from invoice remittances or credit card challenges may result in the interruption of shipments until such deductions are repaid.
